Almost every state in the U.S. has Workers Compensation. Most employers are required to purchase insurance that provides a range of benefits to employees who are injured or become ill because of their jobs. Employees get benefits regardless of who was at fault. In return, employers get protection from lawsuits by injured employees seeking money damages for pain and suffering. This training will make the employee aware of how WC premiums are calculated, what they can do to reduce the premium for their employer and false claims.
