Reasonable Suspicion Supervisor Training

Reasonable Suspicion Supervisor Training provides training on how to deal with drugs and alcohol in the workplace. This course is divided into three sections. Section one provides an introduction to what reasonable suspicion testing is and how drugs and alcohol affect the workplace. Section two looks at the different drugs and drug classes—the effects of the drugs on an individual's physical, psychological, and behavior. The final section discusses the process of reasonable suspicion testing. In this section, we look at the supervisor's role, testing, intervention, indicators of substance abuse, and documentation.
