The MTA Safety Program Disaster Recovery Planning online course defines the differences between emergency action plans and a disaster recovery plan. The components of both an emergency action and disaster recovery planning will be discussed. Learners will develop a tool box for developing emergency action plans and disaster recovery plans for a company. The learner will also be provided with information and tools to develop a personal/family disaster plan.
